Important Information

Construction and Maintenance Notices

  • Viking Lodge HOA has a planned roof replacement for the adjacent building (A). Work will start April 15th 2025 - completion date November 14th 2025.
  • There will be equipment and contractors visible around the property throughout the summer.
  • We anticipate intermittent construction noise. Town of Telluride municipal code requires construction noise is limited to the hours of 8am-6pm Monday through Friday and 9am-6pm on Saturday.
  • Due to this construction, parking is limited. Please text your license plate number, state and driver's name if you need a street parking permit.
  • In May 2025, the HOA voted to approve a pool/hot tub improvement project to commence work on June 23. Work is scheduled to last seven to eight weeks. The pool and hot tub will not be available during this time.
  • Lodging In Telluride does not manage pool/hot tub closures, cleanings, or maintenance. We cannot be held responsible for refunds for closures during your stay.
